AT&T Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 finally updates to KitKat 4.4.2

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3, the AT&T version to be exact, is getting an OTA update today. The update is bringing an upgrade to Android 4.4.2. It appears that most Galaxy Tab owners have been waiting for their updates for a while now. The Wi Fi tablet version has been around since June last year, and even if some owners got their update to KitKat, most have still been left hanging. The Galaxy Tab 3 update version number is T217AUCUCNI and it gives rather basic improvements. It updates your device to KitKat and you get tons and tons of Samsung modifications on top of that. You can try and check manually for the update, but we advise you to wait for the automatic update, just in case. The update will roll out in stages, so it may take a few days to get to your device.
