R.A.B.B.i.T. ninjas almost ready to conquer your screen!

Just in time for Easter comes R.A.B.B.i.T., a cute little fluffy platformer adventure with a superhero of its own. Bunnies are all fluffy, adorable and cuddly, but behind this day-life of theirs hides a secret identity: they are secret ninjas leaping through the shadows (maybe that’s how they leave those egg baskets hidden everywhere just in time for Easter!).     This little game gives you control over R.A.B.B.i.T. ninjas as they do their heroic act by swinging from building to building at night. Every time you play the game you will get a new experience because the background and the levels are procedurally generated at every play. You get four types of game: survival, challenge, custom and sprint. In order to play all you have to do is press and hold on the surface to grapple and swing and you release to let go of it.   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ykktz9DCugo     The game is currently in development and it will release sometime this year for iOS and Android devices. It will be free to play from TriCat Games!   Source: TriCat Games

Ember’s Journey – a different platformer in the Google Play store

Ember’s Journey is a new platformer game you will find in the Google PlayStore, but it is not just another mobile game. This one has a special premise that may change your perspective on life. In most games you can see where you are going, but in this game you will not be able to do that. It may seem like a problem to you but it is actually a part of the game that you will get used to. Gameplay   In Ember’s Journey you have to navigate through the darkness with your light box avatar. You will find many ways to solve puzzles and many ways to die in the process, as the only light that will guide you will be the one emanated by the avatar.   If you could see an entire level of the game at once, it would turn out to be a basic platformer. This way however, you have to pay attention to details as you glimpse them. Will you jump on a ledge or fall to a bottomless pit in the process? Pay attention!   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h4bUvwsF-ZI     Your goal through each level is to reach the light exit marker, your secondary light source of every level. You have 76 levels to explore and each has its own labyrinth and tricky puzzles.   Ember’s Journey is not free, but once you pay for it you will never have to pay for anything else as you get no in-app purchase pop-ups. Take a look at it below:

King of Thieves – a new action platformer that shows the world what a grea thief you can be!

King of Thieves is a new little game from ZeptoLab where you can prove to the entire world you ARE the best thief around! The game is mostly a Dungeon Keeper mixed with some action-platformer features you can enjoy for free.     When you are a player you get a dungeon that can be filled with traps and defenses by you in order to keep your riches safe from other player invaders. You can, of course, try to steal your possessions back or even raid through other people’s dungeons. When you complete the single-player levels you can get more effective traps and more gear to defend you.     King of Thieves is a free to play game, but don’t be fooled by that, you will get lots and lots of in-app purchases. At first it doesn’t appear too chore-y, but it’s sure to become harder to beat without buying resources as you go. Head over to Google Play Store to give it a look.   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B6QxpZJ9emQ   [googleplay url=”https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zeptolab.thieves.google”]

Limbo – the world-renowned platformer game is now available on Google Play Store

Limbo, the creepy monochrome platformer game you must have loved on Steam, is now available on Android devices as well! This little game debuted with the dark and moody platformer games you can find basically everywhere now; therefore you can thank it for the gloomy atmosphere and exploration aspect in most similar games you enjoy at the moment.     In Limbo you basically play a boy trapped in a black and white world trying to find his sister. On the way, of course, he has lots of things to overpass and outmaneuver in order to get to his sister alive. Even if the game itself is not gory, its creepiness level is over 9000 as the spiders, maggots, dismembered limbs and brain-sucking parasites try to get you. If you don’t like little boys being mutilated and killed over and over, you should consider staying away from this one.   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L1nF4XfnJMs   Limbo costs $5 and you can find it in the Google Play Store. You will not get any in-app purchases so your deaths at the hands or spikes of spiders will not be bothered by pop-ups. The game has earned critical acclaim for its presentation and puzzle gameplay.   [googleplay url=”https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.playdead.limbo.full”]
