Verizon’s LG G Vista gets update with UI changes


Verizon is rolling out an update for its LG G Vista today, and the device itself is a great deal if you don’t have the LG G3 money yet. The Vista has a 5.7 inch screen with a similar design (the rear middle-placed buttons) but it is powered by a weaker 1.2 Ghz quad-core processor helped by 1.5 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal memory.

The Verizon OTA is software version VS88011B, and with it, the device has a movable pop-up during calls that presents user information as well. Users can now take pictures directly from the lockscreen by dragging the camera button on the left.
