Sprint’s Samsung Galaxy Note 4 updates to Android Lollipop 5.0

Sprint’s Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is finally getting the Lollipop treatment. This brings the device to version N910PVPU1BOB7 and it includes all the Lollipop sweetness you can expect.

Among the most important changes you will find WiFi calling enhancements. You may have to wait for a bit though, as Sprint usually releases its updates in stages. You can, of course, hit that update button to check things out.

CyanogenMod releases official support for T Mobile and Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note 4

CyanogenMod brings support to Sprint and T Mobile’s Samsung Galaxy Note 4. This means you can download the first builds on the official CM page. The builds are both CyanogenMod 12 and they are based on lollipop.

Bear in mind they are nightlies, which means that you can get into one or two bugs along the way. The ROM is available on Sprint and T Mobile variants only and AT&T and Verizon owners must wait a while longer as these devices are locked down to a greater extent.

[IFA Berlin] US carriers availability for Samsung’s Note 4 and Note Edge

US carriers always want their customers to know which devices they will be getting, especially when it comes to flagships and popular manufacturers. This is the case with Samsung, who announced its Note 4 and Note Edge today at IFA Berlin. Samsung Note 4   In the US, you will find the devices at T Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint, and you can already signup for your device if you are eager to get one. US Cellular will only be offering the Samsung Note 4 for now. Pricing was not announced.

Samsung Note 4 teased in new clip a few days before Samsung’s Unpacking event

Samsung Note 4 is teased in a new video which may just make you inspired enough to buy it! This emotional clip will inspire you to handwrite using a Samsung device and it reminds the audience that September 3rd is right around the corner, this being the date when Samsung is said to unbox a new Galaxy Note.

In the teaser we can see the Note 3, therefore the future is just around the corner itself, and the Note 4 is surely the device we will see in just a few days. The clip shows no features, no physical details and no premium materials in what concerns the construction. It does inspire people with feelings though, if we take into consideration the violin and piano notes.

Samsung’s Unpacking event takes place in Beijing, Berlin and New York simultaneously on September 3rd, when we will find what the Galaxy Note 4 probably looks like.
